Do I need travel insurance: 

The short answer is YES!!!! Traveling is an exciting adventure, but it's always important to be prepared. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance to ensure that you are covered in case of any unexpected events. If you have a disability, we would be happy to recommend some reputable insurance companies that we have personally used and trust.

Is the accommodation wheelchair accessible?

With any and all of our trip's we try to accommodate all of our guest's need's, if you have a specific request for accommodation and travel requirement's then please let us know at the time of your request, Sadly not all locations are wheelchair accessible  but we do try to work around this and if need be we can source alternative accommodation that is accessible. However, in some cases there might not be suitable accommodation and in these rare cases we will not be able to cater to your needs.

What Documents will I need?

Will I need a translator?

Each trip will be different, however you will need a full Valid Passport with at least 6 months remaining to travel, Visa's might be needed so we also will need enough time to ensure that you have the correct Visa and documentation to enter some country's, Medical certificates/Doctor's letters might also be required if you have a health condition and need to take special medication/equipment with you. However all of the information you will require will be provided in your quote for the trip you have selected. 

Depending on the location from time to time a translator and guide will be required, this is some thing that we will inform you off and will be included in the price for your trip. We do speak English, Italian ourselves so this is also a big help when we attend events with guests.

Communicating Through Signs

Do you accept last-minute bookings?

The latest we could take a booking would be with a minimum of 14 day's notice before any trip is due to depart. Unfortunately due to the logistics involved we do not offer any bookings. This is to ensure that any and all visa's, translators or guides can be organised and booked but this will be clearly stated in the booking request form.

Do I need any gaming equipment?

We aim to cover any equipment you might need, rule book's, players guide's and character sheets will be provided on site, however IF you wish to bring your own model's, dice etc, then we would encourage you to do so. We always have spare items with us so this too is not a problem.

The only exception to this is if you have requested a private trip and want to use a different gaming system such as Warhammer 40K, in these cases you will need to bring your own models/armies and this will also then need to be added to the cost of your luggage allowance depending on location/travel method.
